Resolution/Answer
In order to reset your JDE password:
- Open the JDE Login page then click Reset Password

- Enter your User ID (FirstInitialLastInitialEmployeeNumber, IE: MS450152) and click Reset Password to send an email containing a password reset link:

- Open the password reset email, subjected: Request for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne password reset, and click on the link to continue:
- The sender will originate from yourEmail@westmoreland.com

- Key in a new password into the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Your new password must contain:
- 8 or more total characters
- At least 1 symbol
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 capital letter
- Does not contain your name or employee number.
- Click Reset Password

- Because Production (PD920) and Test (PY920) environments share passwords, it is not necessary to separately change passwords for each environment. Select the environment to log into following your password reset:
- JPD920 = Production Environment (Live Data)
- JPY920 = Test Environment
- JWM920 = WestMET Production Environment (Live Data)
You will receive an email confirmation about your successful password reset shortly.
