How do I reset my JDE password?

I'm unable to sign into JDE and would like to reset my password.

    • JD Edwards

Resolution/Answer

In order to reset your JDE password:

  1. Open the JDE Login page then click Reset Password

  1. Enter your User ID (FirstInitialLastInitialEmployeeNumber, IE: MS450152) and click Reset Password to send an email containing a password reset link:

  1. Open the password reset email, subjected: Request for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne password reset, and click on the link to continue:
    1. The sender will originate from yourEmail@westmoreland.com

  1. Key in a new password into the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Your new password must contain:
    1. 8 or more total characters
    2. At least 1 symbol
    3. At least 1 number
    4. At least 1 capital letter
    5. Does not contain your name or employee number.
  2. Click Reset Password

  1. Because Production (PD920) and Test (PY920) environments share passwords, it is not necessary to separately change passwords for each environment. Select the environment to log into following your password reset:
    1. JPD920 = Production Environment (Live Data)
    2. JPY920 = Test Environment
    3. JWM920 = WestMET Production Environment (Live Data)

You will receive an email confirmation about your successful password reset shortly.
