This article covers the following issues while using the Attachment Manager CAFE1:
- CAFE1 Not Showing: The Attachment Manager CAFE1 view does not appear after selecting a layout ending in - AJAM.
- Unable to view PDF: Attachment ID and Open button displays instead of a PDF:

If you do not see the attachment manager while using a layout ending in - AJAM, try the following steps to remove any custom grids:
- Open the application where the Attachment Manager is not visible
- Verify your layout is ending in '- AJAM':
- Click on the dropdown in the upper right of your grid
- Click on Show All Columns
- Your screen will refresh and display the Attachment Manager.

Unable to view PDF in Microsoft Edge:
If you're seeing the attachment ID and an Open button instead of the PDF, you will need to adjust your browser's PDF settings:
- Click on the ellipsis (…) in the upper right
- Click on Settings
- Click on Cookies and Site Permissions on the left menu
- Scroll down and click on PDF Documents
- Ensure Always download PDF Files and PDF view settings are enabled:
Unable to view Attachment Manager in Google Chrome
If you do not see the grey Attachment Manager box, follow these steps to adjust your browser settings:
- Click on ellipsis ( ⋮ ) in the upper right
- Click on Settings
- Click on Privacy and security
- Click on Site settings
- Click on Additional content settings under Content
- Scroll down and Click on PDF documents
- Select the Open PDFs in Chrome under Default Behaviour
- Click the Back Arrow next to PDF documents:
- Click on Insecure content
- Click on Add next to Allowed to show insecure content
- Enter https://jdepd.c05s.velocity.cloud then click Add
- For JDE PY, add: https://jdepy.c05s.velocity.cloud
