Creating a custom grid view
Custom Grid views allows for adding, removing, or rearranging columns as well as column formatting or data sequencing.
- Log into JD Edwards
- Open any application you would like to create a custom grid for

- Click on the Personalize Grid button in the top-right of your grid view

- The Grid Format Manager panel will open and here you can:
- Add or remove columns from the grid
- Change the column display order
- Apply formatting to the column ( column colour , text colour, bold/italisize/underline/
strikeout)
- Specify the order to display the results

- Once you are done tweaking the grid to your liking, click Save in the upper left
- Check Set as Default before saving if you would like this custom to be your default in that application going forward

- Name your custom grid view and click OK

- Click the X in the upper right to close the Grid Format Manager
- Your screen will refresh and display the newly created custom view
- Swap between custom grids by changing the drop down selection next to the Personalize Grid button

Editing a custom grid view
- Open the application whose custom view you want to edit
- Click on Personalize Grid to open the Grid Format Manager
- Select the name of the custom grid to edit
- Click Save in the upper left
- Delete the currently selected view by clicking Delete (trash can next to the save buttons), then clicking OK.
- Click the X in the upper right to close and refresh
