How do I use the Service Catalogue in Team Dynamix?

Environment

  • Team Dynamix
    • TDClient - AKA the Service Desk Client Portal

Cause

The Service Catalog is an easy way to request service from the Service Desk or IT Team.

Resolution/Answer

  1. At the top of the screen you can search for services just like you can also search for Knowledge Base articles.
  2. The compass denotes a Service Catalog item. 
    • You can also search for services by perusing through the categories on the Service Catalog home page. 
  3. Clicking on the search result with the compass or any service catalog item takes you to the that service offering where there are several areas of information about this subject. 
    1. You can submit a request for that service.
    2. You can share that service with a co-worker.
    3. You can also add it to your favorites for quick access.
