The Service Catalog is an easy way to request service from the Service Desk or IT Team.
Resolution/Answer
- At the top of the screen you can search for services just like you can also search for Knowledge Base articles.
- The compass denotes a Service Catalog item.
- You can also search for services by perusing through the categories on the Service Catalog home page.
- Clicking on the search result with the compass or any service catalog item takes you to the that service offering where there are several areas of information about this subject.
- You can submit a request for that service.
- You can share that service with a co-worker.
- You can also add it to your favorites for quick access.
