License for QTM & Minex

Issue/Question

I need the license information for QTM and Minex. 

Environment

  • Any Site/ Westmoreland/ WestMET
    • must know the AP server (print server name)

Cause

Both of these software require licenses to function.

Resolution/Answer

QTM License:

  1. Flexnet License Finder: Specify license server system
  3. Enter site ''AP" server (SHM shares with PEM, so it's the PEM AP server)

Minex:

 

  1. Copy the screenshots:
  3. License server SHOULD be the "AP" or "Print" server at your local site. Ex: SHM = shm-bsn-ap-01
  5. Use Scheduling for the CLass.
