Signing into Docusign with SSO

How do I sign into Docusign using SSO?

Environment

Resolution

 

1.       Go to https://www.docusign.net/

2.       Enter your Westmoreland email address and click Continue

3.       On the password screen, click Use Company Login

4.       Depending on how recently you have accessed a single sign-on application, you may see a Microsoft prompt to enter your password (this will be the same one you use for your work computer login):

5.       You will now be taken to your DocuSign account.

 

Common issue for returning employees with closed DocuSign

You will need to get someone with super admin perms to fix this. Here is the KB article from DocuSign.

  1. Access Docusign Admin and navigate to the Users tile.
  2. Locate the impacted user, either via Search or a user list.
  3. Navigate to the Security tab.
  4. Federated IDs will be listed together with the relevant Identity Provider. Select Clear to reset the desired Federated ID.

After following the steps above the user was able to use SSO to sign into DocuSign.
