Issue/Question

I have a Westmoreland and a WestMET email and I need to add them both to my Outlook App.

Environment

User who has both Westmoreland email address and a WestMET email address

  • Outlook
    • Westmoreland Email
    • WestMET Email

Resolution/Answer

Adding a second email in my Outlook App:

  1. Click the File menu button at the top left of your Outlook App.

  2. Click Add account.

  3. Type in the email address you wish to add. Ex: flast@westmetgroup.com

  4. Click Connect.

  5. You'll be asked to enter the  password, then click Sign In. 

  6. Once you've signed in successfully, the window the appears says to close outlook for the changes to take effect. After reopening Outlook, you should see a new folder option on the left panel of your Outlook that has the new email address displayed.
