When your ADMIN password expires or needs to be updated. The process can be a little different when involving your Admin account. This guide will show you the best way to update your Admin account.

When your regular account gets this pop up message. That means its a good time to update your Admin password to keep them synced up.
How to Reset Password
When your Admin password is expired the best way to reset it is to go to this link and sign in with your admin account.

If your admin account is expired you will get the below message to update your password.

If your password isn't expired
2. After signing in click on the account icon in the top right corner.

3.Click on view account

4. Then click on Change password
5. Then create a new password
Alternatively
You can sign out of your regular account and sign into your admin account. BUT if you are remote you have to connect to the
VPN CLIENT while signed into your Admin account.
1. Make sure if you are working remote that you are signed into the VPN client.
2. Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE
3. Click on Change a Password
4. The
Change a Password screen will look like the screen you see on login, but with extra fields.
5. Your username should already be entered. Enter your current password in the
Old Password field, enter your new password in the
New password and the
Confirm password fields, and then click the arrow button to submit the change.
6. The next screens will confirm if the change was successful.
