How to Report a Phishing Email

Summary

This article shows how to report a phishing email.

Body

Westmoreland utilizes an Outlook tool named PhishAlarm to identify and report phishing emails. This tool enables the cybersecurity team to efficiently scrutinize phishing emails and submit positive reports to our primary email security system. To report a phishing email, follow the steps mentioned below.

If the Phish Alarm add-in is not showing up you can also forward the suspicious email to phishing@westmoreland.com to report the email. This is the only email you should ever forward a suspicious message too.
